At Walz & Krenzer, servicing our products means much more than just supplying spare parts. Extensive knowledge of our products and regulatory body requirements ensure that you receive the correct engineering information and the correct product as quickly as possible.

Most spare parts are in stock and can be shipped out within a day or two. Non-stock items are usually available within 3-4 weeks. Conversion packages for retrofits and rebuilds can be supplied in order to upgrade older equipment to today's more stringent regulatory body requirements.

Since our products date back to the 1940's, some originally specified spare parts are no longer available. WK can design new parts to fit existing equipment, thus ensuring uninterrupted operation.
